Program Overview

Norris Property Consultants ("we," "us," or "the Company") operates an SMS messaging program to communicate operational appraisal information to our appraisers and affiliated professionals. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages related to your appraisal assignments and work activity with Norris Property Consultants.

Message Types

You may receive the following types of SMS messages:

  • New Appraisal Assignment – Notification of a new inspection to schedule, including the property address, client information, and a link to the file details.
  • Schedule Reminders – Follow-up reminders for inspections that have not yet been scheduled.
  • On Hold Notification – Alert when an assigned appraisal has been placed on hold.
  • Cancellation Notification – Alert when an assigned appraisal has been cancelled.
  • Revision Notification – Notification of a new revision request on a completed appraisal, including the revision note.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to our SMS program by any of the following methods:

  • Providing your mobile phone number during onboarding or appraiser registration with Norris Property Consultants.
  • Updating your contact information in the Trackum system to include your mobile phone number.
  • Verbally or in writing confirming your consent to receive SMS messages from the Company.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Norris Property Consultants at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of employment or engagement as an appraiser.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your active appraisal assignments. You will typically receive messages only during business hours (Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM MST). You will not receive automated messages on weekends or outside business hours. Reminder messages for unscheduled inspections may be sent periodically until the inspection is scheduled.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Norris Property Consultants is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier for receiving text messages.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by contacting us at appraisaldesk@appraisenpc.com or by requesting that your mobile phone number be removed from the system. Once your opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive automated SMS messages from this program.
