Property Access

• Unlock all padlocks on the property
• Keep pets leashed or remove them from the property
• Make sure all areas of the home are accessible
• Verify lock box combination and access keys
• Ensure outbuildings are accessible

Property Condition

• Ensure furnace and water heater are accessible
• Confirm heating and air conditioning are operational
• Replace burned-out light bulbs for adequate lighting
• Address exposed wiring and install faceplate covers
• Repair small items like leaky faucets and missing door handles
• Remove unnecessary clutter from attic and crawl space
• Mow the yard and trim bushes
